So since we last talked some stuff has happened :)
- We went out and made a rough visual story board (will upload when I get the chance)
- We started taking a viewer survey (again, results to be posted soon)
- We came up with some interesting new concepts about destruction.

In my head, I see destruction as a means of exploiting human life. This is obviously very relevant to what we are trying to achieve in The Lost Ones as the bulk of our story line is to do with the disregard for inocent human life in the New York 9/11 attacks. We wanted to hint at the ultimate reveal of Violets death by showing short clips of distruction in the abstract minimalist cut scenes (that resemble the cut scenes in Natural Born Killers).
Some of these destructive split second shots we hope to use include obvious shots of the New York on the day of 9/11, but we also hope to see flashes of other typres of destruction, like the arab uprising, the tank rolling into Tianamen Square and nuclear mushroom clouds.

We want to show destruction in all its many forms, so another more interesting way of showing this would be showing screenshots of faked (due to copyright reasons) reality showsm in which people are watched by the public who ultimately tuning in to see the destruction of emotionaly unstable people for entertainment purposes. Shows like Britains Got Talent spring to mind in which talentless people are carted out onto the stage to be mocked and laughed at, not only by Simon Cowell, but also by the general public as we gawp at their ultimate destruction.
These are all key elements that we wish to adress in our project.
